- When will my order ship?
Greeting card orders will ship within 1-3 days. Print orders (flour sack towels, Swedish dishcloths, tote bags and mugs) will ship within 8 working days. If your order is delayed longer than that, we will notify you. If you need your order by a certain day, please contact us with details and we can usually oblige.
- What carriers do you use for shipping and how long until I receive my order?
All orders ship from our studio in Seattle, WA. We ship retail orders using USPS and most wholesale orders via UPS. If you’d like to request a specific carrier, please notify us. USPS first class & priority mail orders usually arrive within 1-5 days after shipping. UPS orders arrive 1-7 days after shipping.
- What is your return policy?
Unused merchandise in salable condition can be returned to Potluck Press within 14 days of receipt for a refund less shipping charges. Email email@example.com to obtain an RA number (return authorization) prior to sending. Returns must be shipped using a trackable method (USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx). Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1-3 days.
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned, but if you are unhappy with your custom order, please contact us and we will try to arrange a solution.
- What if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?
If you received items that were shipped in error or received damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of the problem. Damaged packaging should be retained until it can be inspected by the carrier.
- Do you offer customized products or take custom orders?
Yes, we love creating custom projects! Please refer to our custom page for details. Or email us directly with details on your project. Note: the more information we have at the start of the project (high resolution artwork, copy, font, color, etc), the faster you can have your order in hand.
